EWar skills and drones?

I was wondering if the ewar skills like signal dispersion target painting....ect would increase the effectiveness of my ewar drones? Does anyone have any idea or can support my theories?

No EWAR skills affect drones.

You are correct that Ewar skills do not directly affect drones. However some Ewar sills are required to use specific drones.
