Meth-lab central, US, having the same problem.

Stuck at 15% or, "the server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package."

Same problem. Stuck at 15%. Repair tool just fails. Now it says "the server you are connecting to doesn't have a published update package."

Honestly.... this is ridiculous. What's happening CCP? Can you please at least acknowledge this issue? Pay for a service which is unusable at times.

Join me in my quest to reinstall EVE every day!!
Download the offline installer plus files (its only about 5 GB). It worked the last time. You will have to do it again though once there is the next patch.
