Same issues here although i can't get the code to post says its HTML and i have had to reinstall three times and i don't have unlimited data and i have not been able to get any of my toons onjavascript:insertsmiley('Oops','/Images/Emoticons/ccp_oops.png')

Copy your game folder, skip the files that mess up, run the repair tool in the new folder, copy back to original location, and play.

6 hours of other BS I tried last night before thinking of this and it worked. The patch today even ran fine from the launcher after doing that last night.
