What is defined as a group?
Why is CFC a group, but New Order is not?
Are ISD's representatives of CCP and thus covered by the rule about not falsely representing CCP?
How does a post about character names being too similar apply to the TOS changes regarding groups of people?

Disclaimer: I am not a goon, nor will I claim to be one. I am not speaking on behalf of James 315, the New Order, the CFC, or any affiliates of the above. I am simply a guy who wants to know, in a reasonable manner, from a GM or CCP employee of some sort what the limitations on this are.
