[Bug] Eve crashing when opening radial menu

Last few days, i've had the error that when I open the radial menu on a cap ship, Eve freezes up and I have to restart Eve completely.

I've been wondering if anybody else is experiencing these issues and what a possible solution is.

This happened to me twice yesterday. Each time I opened the radial menu and hovered my cursor over the "+' sign with the intention of choosing the "Look At" option, but the client crashed the moment the "+" sign menu should have expanded out.
