Well it isn't a winner, but I wanted to see if I could get something that is not a Sacrilege close to the Sac. I got this:

1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II
Damage Control II

Focused Medium Pulse Laser II, Conflagration M
Small Proton Smartbomb II
[empty high slot]

Medium Trimark Armor Pump I
Medium Trimark Armor Pump I
Medium Trimark Armor Pump I

Hobgoblin II x3

7139 rating.

Edit: Wait, nope. Just under 5m cap life with the smartbomb. Have to take it off to get 25m cap life. Rating's really only 7068

Another edit: if only we could overheat, I've got a Naug which would have higher rating than the best Sac so far with heat included :(

Well props for posting something that's not a Sacrilege.

Also I'm getting 6669 even with the smartbomb.

Silly thread. If my eft would show me the rating, i would try! But for some reason it only shows it on a few ships.

This is because the EFT Rating is only working for passive tanks. No active. No shield Booster, no armor repairer.

80 million isk reward for the highest rating ship posted in the thread matching the following:
* Can fit inside a medium faction war plex.
* Must have an appropriately sized prop mod, a warp scrambler and a stasis webifier fitted.
* No heavy attack or sentry drones.
* Cap must last at least five minutes.
* Standard rules apply.

The contest ends two or so days after the current highest rated fitting hasn't been contested. This isn't set in stone.

Standard rules are:
* No pirate faction ships.
* No pirate faction ammo.
* Mods must be meta level 5 [Tech II] or lower.
* No mods over 10 million isk Jita price.
* All skills at level 5. No implants.
* No reactive armor hardener.

Looks like I have to update the standard rules.

Anyways Dono Tashu is still in the lead with the duel tanked Sacrilege.

Hey. You seem to be a new player who is still learning.

You might want to explore some of the resources on this page: https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Ships_and_Modules_(Useful_Threads)

I would also recommend joining a PvP oriented corp and sharing your fits with them, I know I've learned a lot from the more experienced players in my corp.

In general adaptive nano membranes are only efficient modules on a ship, when you're armor tanking in some way. It would be better in this case to fit a weapons upgrade of some sort.

Thanks! I only fitted because (according to EFT) adding a second BCSII only adds about 60dps to the fit. A prop mod is not needed as the afterburner can be run constantly and does not suffer if scrambled. The Nano give you almost 1K of EHP. Seemed the best choice.

Plus I saw you liked a dual tanked Sacrilege :)

I wouldn't fly a dual tanked Sacrilege, but rules are rules.

In practice for a plex brawler you'd probably replace the LSE with another web, and the blaster with a medium neut.

My corp mate really likes AB scram and dual webs on medium plex brawlers. With single webs they can also be AB fit and have a web of their own and get away, dual webs make a big difference.

If fitting a low on a cruiser gives you only 1k extra ehp, just fit a nanofiber internal structure instead.

In you have an extra low, generally you're least likely to go wrong fitting a nanofiber internal structure, and most likely to go wrong fitting a warp core stab.

They posted a version that swapped the RAH for a thermal hardener.

EDIT: Oh yeah you're using some reactive armor hardener cheesiness. I'm going to put a ban on that for now. Sorry for changing the rules in the middle.

This is why i added as well the Armor thermic hardener value :). The RAH is, well, squishy. And not really well fitting, and it messing up the values.

Rating 7285.

Strange. All is exact the same as on your screenshot. All but the damage DPS. Yours is higher (559) while mine is at 543. With all level V skills and no implants.
This is why my rating is lower. But no problem, i will take your 7392 Blink.
