I have been looking into finance arrangements for you, checking with a few contacts and so on. May be able to help but due to the lack of collateral the interest rate will be high.

How does this sound:

- Loan amount: 9.00 billion
- Total repayment: Six weekly installments of 1.8 billion (total 10.80 billion)
- Loan schedule:
First payment Sept 10
Funds released to you Sept 11
Second payment Sept 17
Third payment Sept 24
Fourtth payment Oct 1
Fifth payment Oct 8
Sixth and final payment Oct 15

For obvious security reasons, the first payment would need to come from your main character (which will be the one the funds are released to) and thi character would need to be at least nine months old and not have been traded via a thread in the Character Bazaar in the last nine months,

Just in case someone missed this.

So I put on my weekend boots had a chat with two of the "investors" today. Oh how funny is life with all of its coincidences, or perhaps not. At first I didn't connect the dots, and it wasn't until he mentioned Greedy Guristas that I thought to check the investor's page (http://greedyguristasbond.wordpress.com/investors/).

I feel a bit bad for agreeing to not post his alt's name and then doing this, I didn't think it was possible to shoot yourself in the foot this much.

Notice, the same mistake a very prolific Jita wallet screenshot spammer consistently repeats, he has neglected to remember that the text should not reach right to the edge of the columns. Also note the bad cropping has revealed that the number of digits in his balance column did not change after he had supposedly just given 11 digits worth of ISK away.

So yes, Greedy is certainly an adjective you could use for this person, as is impatient, incompetent and half-assed. However, pirate is a word I would certainly not use in conjunction with the person, nincompoop has a nice ring to it though.
