High DPI displays are starting to become very common, and the UI is completely unusable at these high native resolutions. Currently my solution is just to play at 1080p, which kind of looks like garbage on my 65" 2160p display.

The little red/blue timer circles for mobile bubbles that you have on all the new deployables to signify anchor/onlining and un-anchor/offlining.


AND


Allow Entosis Links to hack offline/anchored towers to swap ownership or un-anchor the structure.

remove the requirements tab for rigs and the requirements markers on the rigs in the fitting window because rigs don't have requirements anymore.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Before you take someones topic make sure you make it right.


CCP Karkur, please adapt the requirements tab for rigs. These skills are no requirements and possibly mislead new players into believing they are. For every other item in the game these show what is needed to use the item. For rigs, this is not the case.

We request that you change this somehow.

Make all agent givers consistent.

Ex.
Agent 1 - Start Conversation does not open mission details. Have to manually click a second button "Request mission" to open the right panel
Agent 2 - Start Conversation does open the mission request without any further action.

This happens for different agents across different corps/factions. The way agent 2 above works is the suggested approach.

In the Jump Fatigue Timer info-window at the bottom there is "Your next reactivation timer will be: hh:mm:ss"
Can we get another line with "Your next jump fatigue timer will be: hh:mm:ss"?

Note: Use the estimated value of each as the number to sort by.

Suggestion: Allow items in cargo to also be saved in saved fittings.
Note: Save people from having to put x items into each ship manually.

Suggestion: Ability to fit multiples of the same ship at once.
Note: For those of us who buy ships in bulk it would be much easier than fitting each one by itself.

Suggestion: Ability to set up multiple contracts at the same time.
Note: Would work like multi-sell. Setting up multiple contracts for the same criteria.

Suggestion #1: ships in hangars should always display the type of ship (ie, Algos) in addition to the custom name.

Suggestion #2: we should also be able to assign private descriptive names to our ships for inventory management purposes.

As it stands right now you can give you ships descriptive names like "AB Rail Comet" so you have some idea of which one you're grabbing out of your hangar, but as soon as you undock you've just announced your fit to the universe. So the only way around this is to religiously rename your ships to something non-descriptive before you undock, and then religiously re-name them again to descriptive when you put it away again. Add to this the fact that ship renaming doesn't always "take" on the first try, and it's a bad scene.

back when i was starting eve i didn't know anything about expeditions, and that they can be found in journal, and didn't put any attention to popups when completed green anomalies.

so, the idea for improving new player experience is that when popup with expedition arises give him a button - so that after click it goes to the journal and shows target system. this way it will show new players that some opportunity appeared for them and where they can find it next time in their journal.

you don't even know how many my epxeditions expired just because I never opened journal when it was active ! lol

I want folders, damnit. I also want them on my ship's inventory. If I have boosters, pills, charges, etc open when flying and I loot a wreck, I want the loot to go into a different folder, so I don't have to hunt through loot to see how many cap boosters I have left

Note: Please can you add an option to the new (and wonderful) star map, to display any systems where you have received killing blows, and also any systems where you have lost ships/pods.

i am so sorry. you can keep your bug in full glory i am sure you are the first who found it, despite the fact that the rig fitting restrictions where removed over a year ago. I won't rise any copyright claims. Congratulations.


but to reduce the caused confusion due to the rest of your post:

i just fit t2 rigs on a 5 minute old char on the test server. No skill skilled beside the default skills. You can see it is incorrectly displayed under saved fittings and in the requirements tab.

means the little thing request is as follows:
1) requirements tab should be removed for rigs since rigs have no requirements, not in the ability to fit them and not in the usage (grid rig gives grid, so it works)
2) the fitting window should not use the invalid rig requirement for determining if you can use a fit.

penalties are not requirements, so the requirements tab is not the right place to find skills which reduce penalties.

if thats done rigs behave like all other modules and don't cause inconsistencies. The other alternative would be to enable fitting restrictions again but i guess CCP had a good reason to disable them several patches ago (while forgetting to update the UI).
