Why do so many people post with alts?

I have a broad range of hobbies as well, but that's my career. I'm autistic, and I wouldn't really call science journalism a menial job, would you? I'm also receiving welfare, because journalism at my level doesn't pay that much. People prefer reading about celebrities instead of the latest breakthrough in a vaccine for malaria.

It costs about 50m to irritate everyone in my corp for a week if you disagree with something I say. Why wouldn't I post with an alt.
I would genuinely rather post as an account holder than a character, that allows for slightly more open discussion without having to deal with corp/alliance policy or propaganda.

You miss the point. I'm talking about lazy dipshits. Tho I'd throw you in that lot because you don't go get a better paying job but use the excuse that you have autism.. Don't let that be the thing that defines you..

As for people reading about celebrities yea its dumb but so is reading about vaccines. Good thing you didn't say you actually work for some money grubbing drug company.

I write about science because I like science. The reason I write is because I can do it from home, and don't have to work with people, and it's where I'm best skilled, due to being a social reject and needing to learn to amuse myself on my own. It's the best job I can get, but it's also not exactly menial. I assure you though, I'm quite secure about my inability to operate functionally with people and don't need excuses for anything.

You know what I wanted to do? I wanted to be a fighter pilot. Since the age of six. I got assaulted when I was nineteen in the city of Toowoomba, had both collateral ligaments blown in both knees and was told, regardless of my grades, which were sufficient for an ADFA scholarship, I'd never fly anything for the military.

If I was looking for an excuse, I'd be using my knees, not my autism. Until you've experienced disability though, I don't expect you to understand, but instead of pretending to be educated enough about it to form an educated opinion, an intellectually honest person would say, "you know what, I don't know enough about this to weigh in, but in my experience, this is what I've seen", and then he would listen to someone that DID know something about it. Obviously, you're incapable of deferring to more educated people than yourself on the topic, however, which is where your lack of understanding evolves into wilful ignorance.

I like jerking off but since I can't make any money at it I have to make sacrifices. I maybe targetting you now with my comments but you got butthurt when I generalized that is your fault not mine. I may not have the edumacation for some stuff but I do know a little bit of the real world and what I see out there and from the jobs I have had.

hell, for quite a while i was in my own 1 man corp regularly flying a 1bn isk ship + more in modules. for the amount of **** i post on the forum i was thoroughly surprised that nobody wardecced me. (save your isk, i don't do that any more.)
