Fixed window or Alt + Tab cause crash

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with switching to windows from fullscreen. When I try to alt + tab anywhere and then come back to game it will cause crash of game...

The program ccp exefile has stopped working ...

the same issue appear when I try to switch to fixed window mode. On apply I get same message.

Does anyone has same issue? I have this issue just on one computer and second one is fine.

Just one additional info: I tried to run it in SAFE mode and it cause same problem on ALT + TAB
