Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I submitted this as a problem on SiSi, but it appears to have gone live. I am curious if anyone else is noticing the following problem. Some of my corpies commented on it in comms.

When sitting in station adjusting autopilot routes, accepting missions, or when undocking/redocking/jumping systems, there seems to be an incredible amount of lag in the loading of the info panels in the top left of the client screen since the introduction of the 1.1 patch. Sometimes I undock, and spend up to 30 seconds in space before they finally load. Everything else on the UI is good to go, but those panels lag like nobody's business. This seems to become worse the more populated a system is. As well, I have been sitting in station on two alts, and have had the panels randomly snap minimized, and then open back up a second or two later, all of their own volition. Last evening I was sitting on one alt, and watched it 'flicker' like this for almost five minutes.
