AVG virus protection, False positive

AVG is, post 1.1 patch, detecting 'Exefile.exe' as a potential threat.

I only noticed when my login froze at 'processing bulk data'
Alt-tabbed to see what the problem was and was greeted with a 'threat has been removed' message.
Exefile.exe was the only thing in my 'virus vault'

I have since run a scan, and apparently there are no viruses, so it's likely just a false positive with the identity protection service on AVG, but i figured it was best i mention it.

MS Security Essentials isn't quite registering a false positive but it's unsure of the file and has requested several times that I forward it to M$ for analysis in case it's a malicious program.

Just had AVG say that Exefile.exe is a 'general behaviour threat' and it classes the file as 'infected'
A full computer scan doesn't pick anything up though.
