[ISSUE] Certificate Planner: Unobtainable preqrequisite

With the release of Odyssey 1.1, I've been looking at the skill map and certificate planning tool to get a feel of the new look. However, I found that the entire 'Battlespace Technician' certificate tree is broken because of an unobtainable requirement for the Basic level certificate. With the tiericide, non-racial ship skills no longer exist, yet Battlecruisers 2 is still listed as a requirement.

I don't really know what can be put in place of Battlecruisers 2. At first glance, swapping it for a racial equivalent would murk up the tree for newer players. Maybe nesting this cert by making Unit Leader Standad be a prerequisite?

I know this is a minor thing in the grand scheme of it all, but I don't believe a dead skill reference should still be included.
