Hello,

Recently, about the past week, my launcher page has reverted from the usual fancy looking launcher screen to a basic, white looking html screen.

There is no art, no formatting, nothing but basic HTML, a log-in box and links to recent articles.

I've rebooted.
I've run the repair tool.
I've read several threads about launcher issues but nothing has worked so far.

I really do not want to start deleting files or doing a full reinstall, mainly because I do not want to loose my user settings.

Suggestions?

I'd sure like an answer to this.

Now the only way I can launch the game is to have the autoplay box checked, because when I enter my password and hit enter some of the page disappears, usually including the play button.

Again I ran the repair tools and tried a few other things mentioned in a few other threads but no luck. I really don't want to do a full delete and reinstall.

Having the same issue except my issues started with the patch this morning. I am blown away by how stubborn and incompetent ccp has been in responding to the constant stream of problems with this launcher .. CCP get your crap together. you have thousands of players being affected by this broke, unwanted, pile of junk you call a launcher. i mean c'mon i'm not even a mac user (they are having even more issues) . Anyway i know I'm ranting but seriously this is getting old.

also as an added complaint while I'm on a roll --- this is all compounded by the inability to get an answer from customer service on an issue. It takes 4 days because no call center exists anymore... not even a live chat ... I mean cmon.

It's getting VERY glitchy, afraid I won't be able to play soon.

ALWAYS the first time I type my password it always says it is incorrect, I know it is and the odds of it failing the first time every time is pretty small.

Secondly it sometimes takes more than 1 try to get my password to take. I know common wisdom is the customer is typing it wrong but trust me, even if was it wouldn't be so consistent.

It seems I am by far not the only one having patcher issues and although I have not read every single one, I have not seen any official responses addressing the issues.

I've been VERY happy with customer service in the past and in game responses were always pretty prompt, however this is the extreme opposite. :(
