Target Anchor and Overview setting for each character instead of account ?

I moved most of my characters off of separate accounts to accounts I could do duel character training, and then save plex when just keeping them active. What I didn't know is that by default all characters on an account share overview settings and target anchor position settings. This is a problem because I use identical settings on some of those characters to multibox, but some of those characters are pvp focused and have different overview setups. I don't like having to spend time getting ready to be able to pvp or having to fix my setup.

Is their any way to work around what settings I have when I launch ?
