Archive Extension Failed: 3. Issue on new clean install

Hi all,

I recently got myself a new laptop which is more powerful and can handle eve online better than my old laptop but when trying to install the client i get all the way to the end and is give me "Archive Extension Failed: 3.", I have tried manually downloading it as well with no luck, i have tried disabling any anti virus, I have tried installing the offline version whilst in safe mode, All with the same outcome.

I have just installed winrar onto my laptop and tried to open the second pack named eveonline_590158_2of2.7z but it tells me it is corrupt, The first pack opens fine, I assume this is what is causing the problem, Has anyone else had this issue? if so how was it resolved.

I have put a ticket in but it has not been answered as of yet and i just want to log in and carry on playing, very frustrating.
