Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I live in an are with particularly poor internet, and have lost many a ship/pod to the high packet loss rate, and usually have to go inactive for a few days while I download large patches. The launcher has been nothing but trouble for me, and I have gotten used to patching via the "New build available" dialog within Exe File.exe, and when that broke with Login-From-Launcher, repair.exe . A few days from now, Odyssey 1.1 will release, and I expect it to take me a few days to download via the normal channels. Repair.exe has a history of corrupting my install when the connection is interrupted during the patching process, so I am wondering if an alternative download method such as the retribution 1.0 torrent or the "EVE-win-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx.patch" DDL links that were available during Retribution will be made available for this patch.
