It's a semi ok toon mate, you're all over with the skills. There are loads of level 3/4 skills and hardly any level 5 skills. I feel this will cause you to lose a few billion. However, this being said, I am sure you'll sell it for a nice price you are happy with.

additionally, having the Astronautic Engineering skill does not actually give the buyer any use what so every. People want to spend isk on something which would be productive. So just because you have the Astronautic Engineering it will not actually really help in anyway.
