Quick Question. Do people take contracts to haul stuff from one NPC controlled station in 0.0 to another NPC controlled station in 0.0?
If so how large are the cargos that people are willing to haul? and how much do people typically want per jump?

Yes there are jump frighter services like Black Frog or Push

I was thinking more along the lines of if random people will pick up courier contracts from one NPC Controlled 0.0 station to another. However I might just look into Black Frog or Push if they will move what I need moved and no one else will.
