Just got to looking at that thing, and some how I'd never realized that it's one of the few hybrid ships with a dual damage bonus. It also happens to e the fastest gallente cruiser. With that in mind, it seems like it'd melt some face in pvp, but I've never actually seen one out and about....is there a reason for that? Is it lacking in cpu/pg or something?

Because of hybrids

Because it's a silly ship with silly bonus

This one should be like the base one with much better PG/CPU/CAP slots and would most probably be used for sure

Why? - sign radius, base speed, base tank, slots layout, base ship bonus: logistics

Uh, they'd just spend 15M extra and buy an Oneiros.

Was looking at it for hi sec exploration but no extra hi slots, so it was a no go.

Oneiros is about 140M, the ExethingIcanhardlywriteitwithoutBSit" nobody wants it and you find if for 65M or cheaper.

So no, I wouldn't pick the oneiros first because of the skill training necessary to make it work -remember all 5's- and secondly would open to a lot of players the possibility of try logistics for lower cost, also less effective than big brother T2

Has it stands this kind of T1 cruiser, from regular version to navy ones, don't have any use other than navy omens or fleet stabbers.

Before the introduction of Noctis was my salvager, with over 2.5k cargo and decent speed.

Since then repackaged and sold for 50M (took me about 1 month to get a buyer at that price)

Hmm....best I've gotten out of it so far is 495dps with void/hobgobs, 21k ehp, 1866m/s, 6.8s align(4.9 with mwd off), >1hr cap with mwd off...but that's not a whole lot better than your average rupture. :(

Perhaps after the hybrid buff?

I sense it will still be ****. As alot have said, only 4 turret slots. Really should have 5.

Is there any use for navy/fleet issue Ospreys/Augorors/Scythes ?

I'm at a loss why they decided to make what are basically T1 Pre-logistics ships as a base for Navy issue combat ships.

There are basically 2 combat ships and an Ewar boat for each race (aside from "pre-logistics")

Why not Navy issue Thorax/Moa/Rupture/Maller (maybe a Arbitrator)

I suppose that might be a little too redundant to have 2 navy issue combat ships, but it would be better than what they have now - 2 combat ships, one of which is crap.

It might be interesting to have a navy issue ewar boat - blackbird, arbitrator, celestis, bellicose?

I would love to get this ship to work but the main problem i see is that ehp is too low considering the cost of the ship. It could work as a fast tackler with punch but once it gets there it wont fare well vs any other cruiser. It needs a bit of ehp buff to compete with thorax...(having said that it is in line with other navy cruisers of its class though)

Did you scam somebody into paying 50M for a regular Exequror? Because the Navy Exeq has no cargo or logistic bonuses, only damage/rof.

No need bonus for salvage or cargo or whatever before noctis introduction.

Don't believe you can get 2.5k cargo out of the navy version either...even with a t2 rig on, it maxes out at 1.4k.

The standard exequror, however, has 2.65k at cruiser 4 with T1 rigs.
