A couple more things to add, since I'm back in my Drake for more standings grind :

On my fit above, you should swap the Target Painter for a Sensor Booster with Targeting Range script against Serpentis (because they damp you), or an ECCM Gravimetric against Guristas (to lessen their chance of jamming you, yes it works).

Against Blood Raiders in missions that have heavy cap neutralization, you should swap the Invulnerability Fields for an EM and a Thermal Shield Resistance Amplifiers (the passive shield hardeners) with the associated Shield Compensation skills at at least four.

Finallly, the Target Painter is not really needed if you have access to Tech 2 Precision Scourge Heavy Missiles, you could perhaps swap it for a Shield Recharger or a third Large Shield Extender for even more EHPs, or a third hardener for those pesky Angel Extravaganzas.

Also, a Drake is a tremendous level 3 mission runner, but it really struggles with level 4 missions, the NPC Battleships in there have really strong tanks, Torpedoes or Cruises missiles are the key to breaking them in a timely fashion ... a Drake *could* wear them down, eventually, but you'll die of old age or fall asleep before they are done ...
