Guy's obviously an internet badass. Bet he has 20 girlfriends, 5 cars, and knows one of the CCP devs personally too. My recommendation would be to gank him in a Combat-fitted mining barge.
A Battle-Venture. Point him with a Venture, first. Ventures look an awful lot like an T1 Interceptor to me, but most folks will only see 'n00bish mining frigate' when you close in. Allows you to get to lethal range with ease.
