A statement regarding the fall of Sahtogas

It depends which deeds they may inspire. An argument may inflame tensions between two parties towards the breaking point after all. A few angry words could be enough to cause serious damage to an otherwise stable alliance or structure. Unity of action and of thought is strength.

I trust that our allies will be able to muster the strength to return the blow with equal force when the time is right.

Glory to the State.

An Imperial saying the Federation lacks restraint or ethos. How delightfully absurd.

But yes, the siege was well fought, on both sides.

Congratulations to the Minmatar. It's a shame that these victories against the Amarr can't be turned into something more meaningful.

I wish to our allies to never lose heart, to prepare counteroffensive and kick tribal scum out of the system!

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

What in heavens are you talking about, girl? That system belongs to the Minmatar now. It's theirs, and it's only a "former" Amarrian colony.

She's talking about kicking the TLF out of an Amarrian sovereign system...

I know I don't have to explain this to you as your glasses allow you to read things clearly, but you asked and the answer is obvious. The system is occupied by the Minmatar just like 'x' system has been occupied by 'y' faction for 'z 'days.

Sahtogas is not a "former" Amarr colony. It likely won't change to a Minmatar colony based on how long systems maintain occupancy in this war.

It is still an Amarr colony and will remain so for many years to come...it's simply under other governance, but it is Amarr in essence...just like when Minmatar/Caldari/Amarr/Gallente lose occupancy...and the Caldari sell rights to Gallente systems...etc.

For reference, she believes that all Gallentean colonies captured by the State Protectorate are the permanent property of the State, and outright stated she would oppose any attempt for the two nations to reach accord unless the Federation ceded the entirety of its CEWPA territories to the State. Given the preponderance of past "opposition" on her part, she would do so violently.

I'm merely applying her logic to the opposite situation. It is, how you'd say, a facetious statement.

We have returned.

With comparatively little resistance, Sahtogas has been reclaimed into the Imperial fold.

Pyre Falcon offers congratulations to our allies on turning around the situation in their part of the warzone. We are sure that the transfer of power in Sahtogas will go smoothly and according to all the relevant laws and usages of war.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

These turn of events does allow one to wonder would these systems, including the one so easily retaken, have fallen to the escaped slave militia at all, if so called defenders of the Amarr empire like Pusillanimous Imbecilic Evildoers (PIE) had a spent little more time actually fighting and a lot less time making lists of those who dare to voice dissent towards the abomination that squats on the Imperial throne. With their chests encrusted with self awarded medals for combat skills, you'd think that is where they could best serve the empire, in combat.

Again you betray your ignorance and indeed your desire to sabotage Amarrian efforts.

Time spent "making lists" has been infinitesimal compared to the time we've spent in combat of late, not to mention the coordination and team building we've done. PIE was noted (by the media even) as one of the significant defenders of Sahtogas and worked hard to rebuild the militia and was a component of retaking that system. We of course don't claim all the credit as there where many other brave and loyal pilots from many militia organizations present, fighting and dying.

Only pilots fought? I guess the reports of clone mercs fighting on the planetary surfaces was incorrect. Thank you for being so accurate and correct as usual.

So...you actually DON'T do anything for the war and just talk. So I'm guessing you're not the 'royalty' you claim to be either. Doubt a descendant of Gheinok would pull this kind of crap.

Well, nice to clear up you're a fraud then.

This particular forum is focused around the activities of capsuleers rather than clone soldiers, so it's only natural that the current discussion primarily revolves around them.

But of course ground forces have had a role to play in the current campaign, including those fighting under the PIE banner.

That is a valid correction, one of your most constructive comments to date. Thank you.

As the honorable Rodj Blake noted, I was focused on the recent battles in space, but you are right there where ground soldiers that were involved with this take over. Including many in PIE.

And the crews of many ships.

All to be praised, recognized and thanked.

As a note: There weren't any ground battles in Sahtogas as there are no temperate planets there. So technically you are wrong, but it would be foolish of me not to recognize the many battles that lead up to the retaking of Sahtogas. Militia in space and on the ground have done a fantastic job of bringing us back from the brink.

So technically I am wrong? For thanking you for correcting the inaccurate reports I had heard. So when I thank you for sharing accurate information I am technically wrong?

Well that is absolutely reasonable!

So thank you for being so accurate and correct as usual and clearing up my doubts about Jamyl bring a capsuleer I now agree with you she is a Miracle! ..... Oh darn I guess that makes me technically wrong again.

I have this propensity to try an expand the scope an awareness of people. No doubt from my many years as an educator. Clone Mercs are part of our reality in the New Eden Cluster. Their contributions do not yet come close to the scale of capsuleers but their future is as yet both undefined and unlimited. Many houses including mine have invested heavily in training and using Mercs to enforce our will. This is a story that will tell itself given time.
