On 08/22/115YC in Dodixie, Reclamation Technologies announced a deal which brings changes to its ownership structure. The resignation of the former CEO Tycho Antus had already been public knowledge for a while. The reasons for his departure were purely personal and had nothing to do with the profitability of the corporation. Reclamation Technologies is left in a healthy condition, no further withdrawals from the developing markets and only minor lay-offs can be expected.

The new majority shareholder and CEO is Etienne Saissore, known for his former involvement with the Oirtlair Innovation Force.

"Reclamation Technologies is a company with a prestigious history, and has done some amazing work in the past" he stated in his address to the staff, investors and business partners.

Over the years, RECLT has been involved in resource acquisition, manufacturing and trading. The company began its operations with a narrow focus on scrap metal and salvaging. The first real breakthrough came from the field of fuel industry. The company succeeded at creating a competitive ice product which hit the consciousness of the target market at late 113YC. The growth continued on an upwards spiral, bringing the number of capsuleer employees close to a hundred at the highest point of the share value.

After the sales were announced, RECLT has been hiring development team members and re-defining its strategy. The new strategy will be announced by the end of this quarter.

The sale price has not been made public but independent value estimates place it between 800 - 1.1 billion ISK.
