Gamescom has come and gone. Where is the winter expansion announcement?

CCP Soundwave stated during the AT broadcast commentary that we should all look out for Gamescom for the upcoming winter expansion announcement. Well, Gamescom has come and gone and no winter announcement. What gives CCP?

The announcement you refer to just said "major announcement". It said nothing about "new Expansion news".

And yes, then it turned out to be the announcement of Valkyrie.
