Mission Runners Question about Interbus VS SOE standings and LP

So I've been bouncing back and forth among factions to keep standings at a reasonable level all around.
Question though, is there a better way to mission in HS and not have to worry too much about standings.

1) I know INTERBUS would work for standings free mission running for EMPIRE, but can the LP earned be spent or converted in any way, or it just in holding for some hope of value later?

2) Is Sisters of Eve a workable option, or do you still have to bounce SOE agents to keep standings good all around.

Any smart Mission runners out there want to add?

Interbus has no LP store and no way to convert. They also have no storyliine agents and so can't be used to simply raise all empire standings.

SoE has a solid LP store but is friendly to Min/Gal and so has to be balanced with Amarr/Caldari. The only L4 security agent in high sec for SoE is in Caldari space so at least it's not much travel.

Neither is a silver bullet for what you seem to be after.

That's sort of what i thought.
I've been able to find a single system that has level 4 agents for both Caldari and Minmatar, just different stations.
I suppose that's the best I can hope for.

I wonder why CCP hasn't created a way to use INTERBUS LP after all these years, from the posts I've read about it.
