I've been trying all day, but I keep getting the same error message: "An unexpected error occurred while submitting your support ticket. Please try again later."

Please advise.

Same here, any official word on this?

EDITED: It seems that pasting info from a ingame contract to suport ticket text window produces this error.

My solution - don't paste contract info (and probably other ingame windows as well). Instead, make a screenshot and attach it to your support ticket, worked for me.

PS. It seems that forum posts also don't allow html, so I can't even paste it here to show you what not to paste.
