Sec level and bounty in missions.

I know that security level has an impact in the amount of LP that you get as a reward from a mission and that also it impacts the amount os ISK you get as a reward too. But does the sec. level increases/decreases the bounty of the rats in missions?

Also the differences in payment, both LP and isk from a 0.5 system and a 0.7 or 0.8 is too high or is minimal?

Bounties do not change.
The difference comparing one mission in .7 to one mission in .5 will seem negligible but compare 20 of each mission in their respective sec status and it will be more pronounced. Train security connections and negotiation to make the most of the difference. The agent standing will also make a difference so train social and connections.
