Awsome gaming setup, with LAG

Every time i jump through a gate, dock or undock i get lag. Everytime i enter a mission sight in FW space, i get lag. In mission areas, it jumps between 60 and 30 fps every second.

AMD FX 8350
Saphire FX 7970 Vapor-x GHz Edition
16 gigs of ram

And 15mbit internet.....

Im pretty convinced this setup should be able to run most new games at max... Can someone help me please

I found out what the problem was. I had notification set to 1000. Though even set at 1000 i should be able to run it smoothly.

My gameplay is smoothe now, but i still get the lag when jumping/docking/undocking.

Can you ever be more descriptive, whats the lag? there is a loading screen yes, the game is loading everything when you click these buttons, the engine is working has it can and skipping some useless things.
