The Raven is a great ship design: you can tell because some people hate it, others love it.

I guess they chose to update it because it's one of the most flown ships for missioners, but after the Scorp and the Maller, another race's ship should have been chosen, like the Dominix.

But I won't complain, I spend 90% of my time in a Raven so thank you CCP Lol

The new Nebula's are ******* awesome. When he said they will change based on where you are (Not just the color depending on empire faction) but actually move away from certain nebulas and into others.... awesome!

The backgrounds were the first thing that really made my mouth drop the first time i saw eve. These graphics have become dated,but these new backgrounds look like they'll create the same feeling all over again =D

and also, that link to the new crow model, ha unfortunatly been confirmed as NOT ccp made. whch is unfortunate, because that crow model is very badass and looks like a really cool generic sci-fi starfighter

Are You sure that model You refer is "new"? What? It looks very much like old model (and its definitely ugly).
Adding couple antennas and changing color of couple pixels does not make model new Blink

Very interesting point of view and direction for the new nebulas, have the feeling where you are in space and this notion of "travelling" is something really nice, props internets and many thx for this excellent job.

I know it will never be implemented but this makes me think EVEn more about the top high heavy navigation training skill where you can set your own coordinates and "warp to"

New Raven, well I was really hoping the Dominix would be the first getting a whole new design and look much more like "Naru" who has the specific design for some drones boat.
Just because I like the actual Raven design, but if he's getting better looks I'm all for it.

Tell me that was sarcasm. Likely CCP's excuse if the Raven doesn't change much.


A quick in head estimate says that since revelations 1, more hten 50% of eve trailers have had a raven in them somewhere. Most eve online banner ads feature a raven prominently, and this has been the case for at least three years.

Like it or not, the raven is eves star destroyer. How badly do you think it would damage lucas arts if they retconned the look of the star destroyer?
