Energy Emission Skill Bonus Not Applying

I was attempting to test out a pair of RR Dominix with a cap chain but found that the large xfers were using more cap then they transferred. Both toons have the same skills. Both have energy emission systems 4.

For Large 'Regard' xfers activation is 338 GJ, and delivered is 324. Energy emissions 4 should decrease the activation cost by 20% (5 per lvl). So activation should have been ~270 GJ. This was not the case.

With 3 xfers outgoing and 3 incoming, (along with 3 active hardeners running) the ships ran their capacitors empty.

Hi! Thank you for your report. This problem was already reported through the bug reporting system and was internally reproduced. It is currently waiting to be fixed.
