In this it's inverted(opposite) compared to other games. Any way to change that?

I don't believe you can change it.

If you can it will be done through the escape menu in game.

No can do ... unless you use macro scripting softwares to invert the wheel movement, but then it's inverted everywhere and you scroll up to scroll down lists, which will probably convince you to just get used to the scrolling in EVE in the end.

After playing eve you will inevitably change everything else to inverted scroling

I found it easier to do it the optional way since I find it too slow with the mouse wheel anyway. Just hold both mouse buttons and drag. It feels more intuitive as well.

I use the click and hold both mouse buttons thing

Makes me feel like I have better control over the zoom and lets me ignore the inverted thing.

It was counter-intuitive for a while but I started to see it as pushing my ship away and pulling it closer, after time it feels natural now.

Didn't know about using both mouse buttons though, might have to try that.

Rotate your mouse 180 degrees.
