Strange colours with Intel HD 4000

Hey there

So I'm having a strange thing happen when I ALT+TAB out of the full screen window. I get a screen that looks nearly psychedelic. I've got my drivers up to date. Whats causing this? Any solution to this problem?

EDIT: This only happens in full screen window and can be partially solved by CTRL+ALT+DEL, but that's still a cumbersome thing to do.

INTEL GRAPHICS CONTROL PANEL (CTRL+ALT+F12 TO ACCESS)
3D – GENERAL SETTINGS – PERFORMANCE
APPLICATION OPTIMAL MODE – ON

POWER – MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE

VIDEO – BASIC – STANDARD COLOUR CORRECTION – DRIVER SETTINGS (NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED)
ADVANCED – INPUT RANGE – LIMITED
TOTAL COLOUR CORRECTION – ON (NO ALTERATIONS NEEDED)
