I will be starting up a project of mine very soon, and would like to have some people advertise it for me. It will not work very well until it has a decent amount of participation, hence the advertising. Need people in all trade hubs and also people willing to roam around spreading the word amongst local chat + friends. NOT for spammers, but people who can provide info on the matter rather than just spam local in Jita, because that is not effective at all. If interested post here with where you can advertise and at what times.
