WTF is this game coming to?
Nonconsensual PVEers are carebearing in your system and your response is to whine about it on the forums? SHOOT THEM! If they don't die, shoot them again. Shoot them harder. Scan them down and kill them. Pod them without mercy and warp scramble their corpses.

They're not required to die any more than you are required to mine veldspar.
