I've looked (man look) but couldn't see any posts about this but there must be some old posts I'm guessing.

Stealing POS and POS moduals

If Off line there should be a skill to steal them that's it its that simple

Once initiated your stuck there for x time mail sent to pos owner " this is Scotty since you forgot to fuel your pos some ass hat is stealing it better run before its gone you have 5min"

Well that's about it maybe make persona suspect in local ? just need to find him and pop his sticky fingers

if you want to take a moon from high sec war dec the corp and blow up the tower.
