If I join an NPC corp does that make it a free for all as far as concord is concerned?

Will I get a sec loss for shooting people in my NPC corp?

I'm getting bored in the WH and am looking at options for future endeavours.

Efraya is absolutely correct, being in a NPC corp won't allow you to shoot the other players.
You have to be in a real player corporation in order to be able to shoot at corp mates.

Maybe you can try to join the factional warfare militia if you wish to PVP ? It's quite cool and there is usually always something going on.

Whoa hang on their Cochise, when did you put something in game that will prohibit you from actually locking and shooting your fellow NPC scrub.

The OP can shoot any one in the face as she/he/it sees fit to do so, however the OP will suffer the consequences of her/his/it's actions, in game.

Urgh, genderist. "Their" would have sufficed.

Also, lol at shooting people in the face.

Actually, recognizing and covering all the bases whether it be a Jane, **** or Chaz...is just the right thing to do.

Wait, typically GM:s let us spread here all the disinformation we want. Why is it that they now want to interfere in the holy business of see-and-pee?

The traditional C&P response to OP would've been: "Go ahead, mate!"
