Music and other noises music being the loudest of them though.
Quiter turrents turned on for sure.

I turned off eve sound 3 years ago.

I sometimes have three clients open on one computer.

Plus I watch TV or a DvD whenever playing eve.

I should turn it back on sometime, because I forgot what it sounds like.

I play with all sound ON. Especially the music.

I burned some of the music tracks to CD and play it in my car. My kids have come to love 'Beneath The Asteroids', and one even plays it on the piano.

UI, sound effects, music is on if I'm not listening to something else in the background

so yeah I run with most sound on, I like the sound of the engines or lasers firing or missiles launching (but missiles launching needs an update, it sounds the exact same one as 5 years ago >_<)

All on except music. Zune pass > EVE Music. Sadly IMO Most of EVE's Music just about puts me to sleep.
Also using Mumble, when others talk, it automatically lowers the volume of the game so I can hear them perfectly.

Jukebox crashes my EVE client with LAME errors.

I listen to Winamp and keep EVE sounds off.

CCP - Building ant hills and magnifying glasses for fat kids

Not even once

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Full sound....music on low.

Seems like the jukebox is less....dynamic...than it used to be. The music would change during combat, etc. Now, it just plays the same three tunes over and over and over again.

I must say though, the coolest thing about Fanfest was walking into that big building and hearing the same music piped-in as background to real life.

I leave it all on but it always makes me sad at how uncompelling the music is. Other games do so much more with soundtrack and it can make a game so much more engaging.

Some of my favorites sessions at the Game Developers Conference were given by notable music composers. CCP needs to hire someone that understands sound in games.

Everything turned on except music.

I think the game's ambient music's great, but after a couple of years even good music can pale. I usually listen to Cryosleep or Bluemars or DroneZone now, while playing EVE (Steve Roach's zero-beat ambient music, in particular, is incredibly deep and suitably representative of the vastness of space). Sometimes I'll fire up the music from Freelancer, or listen to other similar electronica for a change too.
