cannot type in Chinese in Windows 8

I was able to type in Chinese in EVE under win7, but Chinese input is no longer available in EVE under win8. It seems to be a compatible problem with the new typing mechanism adopted by win8. I'm really eager to chat with my Chinese friends in our language in EVE. Would you please look into this issue and solve it ASAP?
