Like stated im looking to buy a pve / pvp character.

Has to have good tanking skills

Needs to have good Gunnery or Missile skills

Good drone skills wont hurt either.

its a little bit more then what you want to pay but only 1 bill more

can fly 3/4 cap's for pve and can pvp very well
