Windows Singularity Launcher Stuck

Hey I was wondering if anyone one else was experiencing this problem as well and if they found any workarounds. I have installed the launcher, copied my eve folder, and created a shortcut. The launcher window I opened shows that it is connecting or will be connecting to Singularity. However, rather than patching, the launcher seems to be stuck at "Installing files" and not progressing in any way.

That also happened to me once, about three days ago.. I just closed the launcher and redownloaded some ~700MB for the Oddysey 1.1

The patching process itself is a bit longer though.. and the Bulk Data processing took very long once the exefile launched, but it ran without anymore problems.
