Difficult to switch targets.

When I have multiple targets locked and I try to switch between them the cursor moves when I click. My cursor will be over the icon of the target and when I click to select a different target the cursor moves to the distance readout on the target. I usually have to click the target at least three times to make it change to the desired target.
