I have been doing alot of research into level 4 missions and found alot of good tools (eve survival, eve-agents.com, etc.). One thing I noticed is that building standing with some factions can lower your standing with other. Can anyone suggest which faction or agents I should start build standing with to eventually grind level 4s for isk in reletively safe space?
