Hanger Access (Other)??

I need to grant roles for corpies to access a pos hanger array. But the corp role management option "Hanger Access (Other)" is not showing up?

How do I grant access to the POS Hanger?

I don't have the bottom two options. Hanger Access (Other), and Container Access (Other) don't exist.
