Plex for SP.

Buy a plex (or other purchase) in your account management to get SP on Singularity. Alternatively, redeem plex for SP. Might create another isk sink to battle inflation on TQ.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

No, this detracts from the idea of a test server and its purpose, to TEST things.

It also steals from its primary incentive. the massive SP boost you get from participating in mass tests

Humans must eventually break out from the limits of biology, its not radical to accept the inevitable.

I work 8 hours a day 7 days a week. All the mass tests occur while I'm at work, and I cannot take a day off as I am considered "essential personnel". I would gladly pay a plex to get some SP for SISI so I could see if I really wanted to continue down a certain path or if it would be beneficial to switch to something else.

Don't really see a problem with this, if those that can't necessarily attend Mass-Tests put some plex back in the system and redeems it for 2mil SP(as if they attended a masstest), CCP gets another ISK sink. They profit, and Market Profits. And people that don't have enough isk for plex buy some. Even more profit for CCP.
