Hey,
So I noticed that I get Loyalty Points by doing missions and that I can buy some stuff with it :)
I wonder which items are the best to buy so I can get the most isk per loyalty point and then sell it and buy some equipment for me :)

Thanks :)

The easiest ones to sell for a good ratio are ammo and implants as far as I know. You won't get stuck with them because there's a high demand, and because of that their prices are not bad too.

Mind that they might not be the best ratio

This should help, be sure to always cross check with the market what it says as it may not be accurate and/or up to date. Also remember to take volume of actual sales into account.

There are several tools that will calculate this for you. I prefer http://eve-tools.com/lpstore/. You have to use the in-game browser for that one. There might be others that don't require that.

The first one is great website! - just need to check prices to confirm whether or not they are up to date :)

The prices on the first site are /mostly/ up to date.

The accuracy depends on people looking at the items in question, while running an uploader (Evemon has one built in)

It tries to eliminate the most obvious market manipulation, but that really only works in active markets. If there's only one sell order for an implant, which is far higher than anyone would pay for it, there's not much that we can do to remove that. (The price you see is the average price for the lowest 5% of the sell orders, or highest 5% of the buy orders. Buy orders are a lot easier to manipulate.)

I am planning on working in some market movement stats too, but that's a longer term project. Have to decide how I'm going to store and manipulate that data.

Thanks for clarifying what I should have said, I poorly chose my words as I was in a rush but wanted to make sure she wasn't completely relying on the results.

Thanks for all that you do for the community.

Big smile Of everything I've done, the LP store is the one which I've had the most complaints about. Mostly from people complaining that the work they did putting together their own spreadsheets was now wasted.

That one still hasn't been updated with the new ship LP costs of ships after Odyssey changed them. Still, it's the one I use.

The trick is to use the buy order prices to find a valuable item. Then, once you've acquired it, use your knowledge of the market to set your sell price.

Faction ammo is reliable, plus it sells pretty fast. Same goes for +3/4 implants.

Something that people use/loose a lot of. Just because something is on the market at a really high price per LP doesn't mean people are reliably buying it .
