Hello,

I am new to eve online and have been experiencing a strange issue with fps drops in certain situations. It occurs when i"m near a structure that"s not a station, in asteroid belts, or when many ships are near me. My fps drops from an average of 160-170 with vsync off to around 20 with all settings set to maximum. The odd thing is when i turn shadows off the framerate jumps back to 170. Even Switching from off to 'low' causes a drop of 100+ frames.

I'm using an aleinware m14x r2 with a gt650m 1 gig dedicated gddr5 ram. 12 gigs system ram and an intel core i5 3230m, (2x 2.6 ghz.)

It seems like an awfully dramatic drop in frames to be a system requirement issue.

Any suggestions or insight would be great.
