Creation of a Bounty Hunter's job

I think the bounty hunters must have a permit that allows them to do this job. This permit can be found in concord.

when it detects and fights the pirate, the pirate can not escape even if the ship is destroyed and there will innopérent depending on the amount of the bounty that is also function of time,
the only way for the attacker to escape is to kill the bounty hunter ship.

if caught and destroyed, for 100000 isk bounty can be sentenced to one day of incapacity to do anything.

This would be allowed only for bounty hunters and would not allowed to others.

when it detects and fights the freighter/miner/hauler/mission runner, the freighter/miner/hauler/mission runner can not escape even if the ship is destroyed and there will innopérent depending on the amount of the tears that is also function of time,
the only way for the attacker to escape is to kill the pirate ship.

if caught and destroyed, for 100000 isk bounty can be sentenced to one day of incapacity to do anything.

This would be allowed only for pirates and would not allowed to others.

I think the miners must have a permit that allows them to do this job. This permit can be found in James315.

when James315 detects and demands the permit, the miner can not escape even if the asteroid is destroyed and there will innopérent depending on the amount of the minerals that is also function of time,
the only way for the miner to mine is to pay James315.

if caught and does not pay, for 1000000 isk permit can be sentenced to one day of incapacity to do anything.

This would be allowed only for miners and would not allowed to others.

when it detects and tries to post, the author can not hit post even if the content is relevant and the browser will innopérent depending on the amount of the ascii characters that is also function of time,
the only way for the author to post is to erase their hard drive .
