You want to beat goons?

In-game it is impossible.
They run one of the tightest organizations in the game, and easily have the best run "large" organization.

There are only 2 ways to stop them:

1. Stop playing Eve, forcing CCP to reign them .
2. Do everything in your power to stop anyone you know from participating in the RMT market.

Why would CCP want to reign them in? Goons and their shenanigans produce good press, except when Mittens gets drunk. Without the likes of GSF and TEST (what's left of it anyway Evil), and all the other sov holding alliances, the epic battles for space that have been hitting the mainstream and gaming press recently wouldn't exist.

What has RMT got to do with it? If Goons were RMTing CCP would have stomped all over them a long time ago, regardless of the influence they wield ingame.

Or are you just spouting your normal tinfoil view of nullsec?

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Also, we sorta broke TEST, if you want another 4250+ man battle you'll need someone with enough subcaps. They need to bring at least 1800+ I think.

Ah the old "I can't find anything to actually attack them about so they must be RMT'ing" jibe.

Never not be accusing people of things but unable to find anything to report to CCP.

Most likely because they haven't been reported.

High could support one Faction in low with isk, save trading routes and ships/weapons. But high sec is not on one board.
We have to change that. High Sec should have one Alliance.

The Unwashed Masses [CHAFF]

I just don't see any ~great highsec alliance~ working out because most of them hate the idea of playing by somebody else's rules, so they'll have stupid ideas like "democracy" and "high councils" implemented, not realizing why successful 0.0 alliances are autocracies

Here's how it works. You want to be a Goon, the following applies:

(1) Go to work during the day, come home and log in to Eve to start work again.
(2) Do whatever someone tells you to do in this internet spaceships game.
(3) Fly whatever someone tells you to fly in this internet spaceships game.
(4) Sit around waiting for someone to tell you to do something in this internet spaceships game.
(5) Be a massive douche to everyone else telling them how you're playing the video game "correctly".

Or

(1) Log in when you want.
(2) Fly whatever you want.
(3) Do whatever you want (within reason, obviously).
(4) If a Goon tries to stop you, spoil his fun by going off to do something else.
(5) Don't be a massive douche telling everyone else how to play the game.

There are good reasons why people don't join major blocks like Goons. Those that do, see point (5).

nope

on #5 though, we don't tell them they're playing incorrectly, we just flog them incessantly
