Linking skills from character sheet

I'm not sure if I just made this up in my head, but I swear you used to be able to drag a skill from your character sheet (trained or needed), and link it in chat.

Has this feature just broken, or did it not ever work this way?

If others confirm this is how it was, I'll fire off a bug report.

I don't think it ever worked... dragging a skill from the skillqueue has always worked though.
